Mystic’s Dream

When I saw this amazing Celtic necklace, I knew it would become one of my PotD’s this week. Celtic or Celtic-inspired art has always felt special to me, somehow magical and mysterious. And what could be better than a beautiful Celtic knot design? Probably the design accompanied by Celtic-inspired music. So sit back and let yourself travel into a Mystic’s Dream where magic and beauty of Celtic world await you.

Wait, wait, Mister Postman!

Have you sent out Christmas cards yet? If not, you definitely should as soon as possible. And if you’re someone who spends hours picking out the right Christmas card, you might try to go one step further this year and get yourself these customizable stamps. Make your Christmas cards special with these little pieces of art; so special that people will want to frame your cards and show them off to their friends. So hurry because you really don’t want your relatives and friends to beg like this:

Wait, oh yes, wait a minute, mister postman
Wait, wait, mister postman…

There must be some word today
From my best friend so far away
Please, mister postman, look and see
If there’s a letter, a letter for me…

Under the Sea

Most of us have been fascinated by the beautiful submarine world since we were kids. All the colors and life forms that have the priviledge of being able to breathe under water make a lot of people stand and watch in awe.

This design brings back not only the fascination with the world and life under the sea but also the imagination of children who are able to find a new exciting adventure everywhere.

Flowers We Are

This colorful intricate design deserves a very special piece of music – calm, peaceful, relaxing and just as delicate as the tulips. I present you this composition by Yiruma so that both your eyes and ears rest a little and enjoy the beauty that art brings us, be it a poster or a song.  ;-)

Pretty Woman

Roy Orbison’s Pretty Woman was the first song that came to my mind when I was looking at this design.

Both the song and the artwork have that “retro” quality that’s hard to find these days. They bring you the feeling of “good ol’ times” when music and art were true, genuine, fun and damn good. Let’s all vote for pretty girls, great music and designs. ;-)
